Why should we discuss and debate over his / her merit, efficiency and standard when they have already passed their exams? Where is the need for such an analysis? Does it make any sense? Is it of any use? What benefit have we derived from the meritorious and capable people in power, holding coveted posts in the ministerial cabinet? Do they make us proud of anything worthy? What harm do we face by others who have no merit, standard or capacity. There is a dire need of communal rights in administrative placements. Every caste and sub caste must get the rights due to them. The Government has reaped a revenue of 50 crore rupees through sale of liquor. Do they know who helped them earn this whopping sum? Do they know people of which class contributed them this revenue? Is getting brushed aside and ignored the only reward to those benefactors? This is a moot point to be noted. The word – merit-efficiency and potential must be certainly removed from the dictionaries of the governments. This is my personal view.
