Appointment of Judges
Social unjustice prevails in the appointment of judges, especially in the Chennai High Court. Among 60 judges more than 10 are brahmins. This is an unjust domination. More number of brahmin judges are being shortlisted for appointments. Even in the collegium two among the three judges are brahmins. This is against the noble principle of social justice. It is RESOLVED to urge upon the Chennai High Court to appoint non brahmin judges and depict social justice. Appointments for this highly coveted position must be unbiased and impartial.
